Using your cinema ticket vouchers

By when will my paper ticket arrive in the post?

You will receive your cinema ticket voucher in the post to your chosen address within 14 days of confirmation of your claim.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can have?

Yes, a maximum of 2 cinema ticket vouchers per person.

By when must I use my tickets?

You will need to use your cinema ticket vouchers by 23:59 on November 18th 2018.

Can my child use my free cinema ticket?

You may use your cinema ticket voucher for a child's cinema ticket; entry to all films will be at the final discretion of the cinema manager.

How do I find my nearest participating cinema?

To find your nearest participating cinema, visit the Find a Cinema page and enter your postcode or city, or click on the use my location button and we’ll find the participating cinemas closest to your location.

Can I upgrade to a 3D film?

The voucher is not valid for "premium" content films including any 3D films, IMAX, (or other large format screenings), alternative content or live satellite broadcasts. For D-Box and/or premium seating, event cinema, educational films, premieres, previews or other special screenings, except at Showcase cinemas the claimant must pay the difference between the standard admission price and the admission price for that "premium" film/seat.

How do I pre-book a ticket?

When pre-booking your ticket on cinema website, please enter the cinema, film and date and follow the instructions. You will then be asked to enter your cinema ticket voucher e-code to get your FREE cinema ticket. Please ensure you have chosen a 2D movie for a Sunday performance only, at a participating cinema.
