Where can I find my code for the 'free cinema tickets' promotion?

The code consists of 10 letters and numbers and is printed in red.

Creating an account

How do I create an account?

If you have not yet set up an account, register your details by clicking on CREATE AN ACCOUNT tab on the Login page. Alternatively, enter your pouch code on the Home Page. You will then be prompted to create your account.

Have you previously created a Sweet Sundays account?

If you have previously created a Sweet Sundays account, your login details will still exist and can be used again. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset this on the Login page. Your username will be the email address that you previously used to create the account.

Why do I need to create an account?

An account is needed so that we can deliver the cinema ticket voucher code to your email address, or send the cinema ticket voucher to your chosen address. Information will not be passed on to 3rd parties.

How to bank your codes

How do I bank my codes?

To bank codes to claim your FREE CINEMA TICKET VOUCHER, log into your Sweet Sundays® account, and enter the code found on the inside back panel of your Sweet Sundays® promotional pouch, inside the sleeve of your promotional block or on the inside front panel of your Teasers or Galaxy Smooth Milk More the Share blocks in red print. Once the equivalent of 10 points has been entered, you will then be emailed your cinema ticket voucher code or posted a cinema ticket voucher for use.

My code doesn't appear to work

Please double check that you’re entering your code correctly. The codes are made up of a combination of ten letters and numbers. Claiming and using your tickets

How do I claim my tickets?

You need to bank ten points to receive a free cinema ticket.

1x standard pouch pack = 2 point

1x large pouch pack = 5 points

Once you have banked ten points in your Sweet Sundays® account, you can claim a free cinema ticket voucher. There is a maximum limit of 2 free cinema tickets per person. The 2 free cinema tickets can be claimed together or separately.

How do I receive my tickets?

You can choose to have your cinema ticket vouchers emailed to you or posted to your home address. Please note: if you have selected a Cineworld, Showcase or Empire cinema, an e-code along with a barcode or QR code will be emailed through to you. Tickets for Scott, WTW, Merlin, Reel, Movie House, Savoy, The Light, Perth Playhouse or the Grosvenor Cinema Glasgow cinemas will be posted to your chosen address.

By when will my paper ticket arrive in the post?

You will receive your cinema ticket voucher in the post to your chosen address within 14 days of confirmation of your claim.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can have?

Yes, a maximum of 2 cinema ticket vouchers per person.

By when must I claim my tickets?

If you have collected enough codes to claim 1 or 2 cinema ticket vouchers, you will need to have clicked the "CLAIM" button in YOUR ACCOUNT page by 23:59 on October 19th 2017. Only cinema ticket vouchers claimed on or before this date will be valid for use.

By when must I use my tickets?

You will need to use your cinema ticket vouchers by 23:59 on November 12th 2017.

Can my child use my free cinema ticket?

You may use your cinema ticket voucher for a child's cinema ticket; entry to all films will be at the final discretion of the cinema manager.

How do I find my nearest participating cinema?

To find your nearest participating cinema, visit the Find a Cinema page and enter your postcode or city, or click on the use my location button and we’ll find the participating cinemas closest to your location.

Can I upgrade to a 3D film?

The voucher is not valid for "premium" content films including any 3D films, IMAX, (or other large format screenings), alternative content or live satellite broadcasts. For D-Box and/or premium seating, event cinema, educational films, premieres, previews or other special screenings, except at Showcase cinemas the claimant must pay the difference between the standard admission price and the admission price for that "premium" film/seat.

How do I pre-book a ticket?

When pre-booking your ticket on cinema website, please enter the cinema, film and date and follow the instructions. You will then be asked to enter your cinema ticket voucher e-code to get your FREE cinema ticket. Please ensure you have chosen a 2D movie for a Sunday performance only, at a participating cinema.
